Buying an apartment in Torrevieja
Where are the apartments?
In the centre of Torrevieja (Alicante), on the southern Costa Blanca, about 1,000 metres from Acequión beach and a few minutes' walk from the seafront. Alicante-Elche airport is about 40 minutes away and Murcia airport about 45.
What does each apartment include?
2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with upper and lower units, pre-installation for ducted air conditioning, motorised blinds on the main façade and built-in wardrobes. The building has a rooftop pool and solarium, a lift and bicycle storage. Delivery expected in July 2027.
Can I buy if I don't live in Spain?
Yes. Anyone can buy property in Spain, whether or not they are resident; you only need an NIE (foreigner identification number). We help you with the paperwork and with financing for non-residents.
What taxes apply when buying a new-build home?
When buying a new-build home you pay 10% VAT on the price, plus stamp duty (AJD) and notary and land registry fees. We will prepare the full calculation for the villa you choose.

Can I get a mortgage if I don't live in Spain?
