Buying an apartment in Jacarilla
Where are the apartments?
On Avenida de la Paz in Jacarilla (Alicante), in the Vega Baja del Segura, about 15 minutes from the beaches of Guardamar, 10 from Orihuela and 35 from Alicante-Elche Airport.
What does each apartment include?
2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fitted kitchen with quartz worktop, pre-installation for air conditioning, aerothermal hot water, motorised blinds and built-in wardrobes, plus a parking space and storage room. The building has a rooftop chill-out pool and two lifts. Delivery expected in December 2026.
Can I buy if I don't live in Spain?
Yes. Anyone can buy property in Spain, whether or not they are resident; you only need an NIE (foreigner identification number). We help you with the paperwork and with financing for non-residents.
What taxes apply when buying a new-build home?
When buying a new-build home you pay 10% VAT on the price, plus stamp duty (AJD) and notary and land registry fees. We will prepare the full calculation for the villa you choose.

Can I get a mortgage if I don't live in Spain?
